What’s New?
I’ve recently participated in marketing NCW properties in the Seattle area at the Seattle Home Show at Quest Field and at the Recreational Properties Trade Show in Bellevue. While attendance was described as not quite the year before, many serious leads developed. What do buyer’s want? The number one recreational interest from those who attended the Recreation Properties Trade Show said they wanted boating. Other interests were fishing, hiking, & skiing. The number one reason people will keep moving here? Sunshine!
How’s the market?
First Quarter Sales in the NCW Multiple Listing areas averaged $272,500 with sales at 96% of list price and averaged 141 days on the market. Entiat properties continue to offer some of the most affordable properties in NCW. Lake Entiat waterfront properties price adjustments have offered buyers fantastic opportunities to live on the waterfront. Entiat has a fairly limited supply of homes under $250,000 in Entiat or the Entiat Valley. Buyer’s shopping at this price point should be pre-approved and enlist the help of an agent they like and trust.

I’ve enjoyed meeting locals out for Sunday drives and just checking out what’s going on at Sun Mesa Preserve. Many tell me stories of how they once hunted here. Others remember snowmobiling or dirt bike riding. It’s really wonderful to know that the history of this place from the old farm machinery in the Mesa Bowl to the stories told is being preserved along with the land.
